A deposit of £150 is required to confirm your booking
(£50 for Sunday) if booked more than six months ahead of
the function. Payment on the balance of the room hire is
required six months prior to the function. Bookings made less
than six months prior to the function date require full payment
of the room hire costs. All of the above deposits are
non-returnable in the event of cancellation.
A reception drinks bar can be provided serving Champagne, Cava,
Bucks Fizz, Pimms, soft drinks or wine from our stocked range
at extra cost. You can also provide your own wine or champagne
but this will incur a corkage charge of £6 per bottle.
We can arrange for all your food needs starting at £3.95
per head for a cold finger buffet, ranging through to a full
sit down, silver service menu. If you decide to arrange your
own food requirements, an additional cost - £60 for a
cold buffet or £140 for hot food - must be added
We can arrange a disco in the evening for an additional
£120. As an alternative to a disco we have a number of
bands on our books that range from rock and roll to a jazz
quartet. We can provide extras such as such as balloons or a
piper (Scottish bagpipes), which could further enhance your day.
The function rooms may be decorated after 6:00pm (12:00pm on
Sunday) on the day of your party or by prior arrangement with
the manager.
