class standard. To grow and encourage participation in rowing
with members from throughout the community. To be a positive

What will our club look like?
| Within 6 years, an exemplar UK rowing club with first class coaching, facilities and equipment and sought out for international selection. An established and sustained stream of successful rowers, coaches and sports managers. Recognised as the South West centre for rower and coach development, spanning all aspects of performance, technique, psychology and physiology?

- A high profile locally and in the UK
- Finances to enable developments
- A high performance environment.
