Zak Lee-Green on S4C

One of the bright young rowers to come out of Llandaff shares his experiences on S4C – from his first experience of rowing at school here in Llandaff through to training for Rio 2016.

Hear about his gruelling training regime and how he fits training around university and work.

We hope to see much more from this promising athlete in years to come.
