HOW TO ENTER: Entries by BROE only. Payment on BROE only. Entries close midnight on Thursday 30th June 2011. An extra £2.50 per seat will be levied if full payment is not paid in by Friday 8th July 2011. For enquiries email the Regatta Secretary at regatta@llandaffrc.com. The Draw will take place in Cardiff on Saturday 2nd July 2011. Please give telephone numbers for the draw weekend for status or any other query. Please specify on BROE your preferred second choice if no competition. The Regatta Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without reason and to make alterations to the programme if considered necessary and in any dispute the Committee's decision will be final. If any category or event has insufficient entries, we will move you to the next appropriate category, please advise on BROE if you do not wish to move up a status. NO REFUNDS unless we are unable to find a race for you.
NOTES TO COMPETITORS: Strictly one entry per division (No doubling/ tripling up within a division). All competitors including coxwains must show their racing licence at Registration. Competitors to supply their own equipment. Coxswain to supply their own deadweight if required and buoyancy aid. All crews must register at least one hour before their scheduled race time. Crews will not be called. All crews to be at the start at least five minutes before the scheduled time of their race. The Masters handicap system will be used. Trophies are presented in token and will remain the property of Llandaff Rowing Club.
